Yup … Me in the second grade after my story was published in the local paper. Who knew? Anyway, my life shifted for a minute after this was taken. For writing purposes that is. I think I’ve done a lot in my life so far: college, Florida Highway Patrol, FBI … Now look at me — beekeeping, making maple syrup, pressing apple cider, kayaking, hiking, writing … the list goes on and on. Anyway, trying to make the most out of life. Cancer caused a slight detour for a year, but then I got back to it. Nonetheless, some of the snarkier friends I have say I’m getting old. I like to think that I’m well-seasoned.
